Hi, I'm Anthony!

"I have a passion and belief that the best life starts at home and therefore I 've enjoyed helping property owners and raising standards in real estate sales and management.

With over 21 years of experience in real estate and a background in IT, I began blending this problem-solving experience, technology, and training to address everyday challenges in the industry. I came to see real estate as an ongoing ecosystem involving many service providers, with agents playing a central role throughout the homeowner journey.

Along the way, I identified communication gaps that create friction, weaken collaboration, and threaten brokerage sustainability. This led me to develop solutions that improve professional experiences, strengthen connections, and elevate the businesses that collectively make house into a home."

Highlights

Early Technology & Engineering Foundation: Began his career in 1999 co-founding a small business tech company delivering IT solutions, networking, and digital media for multiple industries, later serving as a contract lead technician for NYC MTA Queens Subway and a network engineer contractor for the U.S. Army 77th Reserve.

Extensive Real Estate Leadership: Second-generation real estate professional with over 21 years licensed sales experience and owning and managing real estate, including his work as a Team Leader and as Managing Director for two brokerages.

High-Level Client Representation: Leads transactions for private clients, major lenders (Bank of America, Citi, Wells Fargo), GSEs (Fannie Mae), and corporate asset managers across residential, co-op, mixed-use, and multifamily properties.

Media, Education & Community Builder: Founder, CEO, producer, and host of From The Neighborhood®, a NYS Certifed MBE providing education and media focused on community storytelling, local achievements and enhancing the knowledge of active and aspiring practicioners.

Credentials, Service & Philosophy: NYS Licensed Associate Broker and Real Estate Instructor with multiple industry designations; leadership experience and active in national and local professional and community organizations, guided by a lifelong commitment to creativity and innovation.

Our NexusFull® Journey

  • Winter 2023-24 :

    • In December, Anthony changes to course of Pro Homeworks (his former real estate team) to develop the software and form the platform and creation of the network. He establishes the brand, concept, the eco-system and its app structure.

    • In February; After working through the initial development, he enrolls the help of an app developer to increase productivity so he can focus on the model and architecture of the app and business network.

  • Spring 2024 : The network begins and version 1 of the app is launched as the beta test for a tech platform. This began at a real estate brokerage, as the test physical location with actual business exchanges among 3 agents.

  • Summer 2024 :

    • The network closes its first referral business among the 3 agents and expands to include another 5 members.

    • In July, version 2 of the app is launched and the network is now known as NexusFull®

  • Spring 2025 :

    • The NexusFull® brand becomes a registered USTPO trademark.

    • The network has completed 1 year of beta testing and generated $80,000 among the agents' gross commission referral business. Additional IPs (including this website, yah!) are secured for the NexusFull® brand.

  • Fall 2025 :

    • NexusFull® app version 2.5 is released

    • The NexusFull® Network is officially hosted at Keller Williams Realty Liberty in Ozone Park NY. It is an office of over 30 years in business and over 130 agents. It becomes the first business hub of the network.

  • Winter 2025-26 :

    • In December, the network generates $19,512.50 among agents' gross commission referral business at the Keller Williams Realty Liberty business hub.

    • In January, the NexusFull® Network begins at CPRE Group Real Estate in Flushing, NY. as the second business hub for the network A brokerage with over 50 agents with a focus on new development and commercial leasing and sales.

    • An additional $18,125 is generated among agents' gross commission referral business.
